Victory Camera-Eyepiece DC4
Note
Remove the batteries when you are not using the camera-eyepiece for a longer period of
time. When changing batteries, the date and time settings will remain. When removing the
batteries for a longer period of time, the settings are deleted. In that case, reset date and
time.
Insert the two supplied batteries Type LR 03 into the bottom side of the remote control.
Always check for correct polarity according to the symbols in the battery compartment.
Remove the batteries when you are not using the remote control for a longer period of time.
The enclosed carrying rope may be fastened at the eye on the lower end of the remote
control.
Insert /Remove SD-Card
Inserting and removing the SD-card should be done when the camera-eyepiece is turned off.
If you remove the card with the camera turned on, the device automatically shuts off.
Insert the SD-card into the slot (6) underneath the screw
cap on the left side of the camera-eyepiece.
You may remove the screw cap by turning it to the left.
Insert the card with the label up until it snaps in.
Note
Make sure that the card is inserted until it snaps in.
Otherwise, the card may be damaged.
After the SD-memory card is inserted, replace the screw cap (8). Align the base of the cap
until it is lined up with the dot on the armouring.
Caution
You cannot turn the camera-eyepiece on without the SD-card or with an improper
SD-card. Never remove the card when accessing the card. That could damage stored data
and the card itself. Always use SD-cards exclusively. MMC-cards are not supported.
