Connecting cable relief kit
The cable relief kit is used to prevent inadvertent unplugging of the power cable.
1.
Prepare strain relief device.
2.
Form the cable into a loop.
3.
Open flap.
4.
Feed the cable through the opening.
5.
Close the flap.
6.
Tighten the cable until it encloses the flap.
CAUTION!
Risk of patient injury caused by electrical voltage!

Do not touch the power outlet socket or other signal interfaces while
in contact with the patient.
CAUTION!
Risk of electric shock caused by inadmissible or defective
accessories!

Never touch any power outlets or video ports during patient contact.
•
When setting up your system, make sure to comply with the
requirements of IEC 60601-1:2005, chapter 16; in some countries IEC
60601-1- 1:2000 may still be valid.
•
Also comply with the Medical Device Operator Ordinance or other
national codes.
CAUTION!
Tripping hazard!
Cables inappropriately routed on the floor may constitute a tripping hazard.
•
Always route cables in a manner that will not obstruct the workflow.
