Setting Explanation
Set the export mode Sets how often exam data is automatically ex-
ported to FORUM:
• Session - at the end of each exam
• Daily - at the end of each day
Export file format Sets the format (DICOM, JPEG, PNG, or RAW)
for automatically and manually exported files
Deidentify patient data Removes patient demographic information
from exported exam data
Auto import file If this setting is on, files in the configured
folder are automatically imported
Select auto import
folder path Sets the location where the CLARUS 500 soft-
ware will automatically look for files to import
6.9 Configure a Stand-Alone Instrument

On the Networking tab of the Settings window, under
DICOM Configuration , set DICOM network to Disabled .
6.10 Clearing Alert History
Prerequisite

Settings are open.
Action 1. Select System Information .
2. Under Alert History , click Clear .

The alerts are removed.
6.11 Configuring Patient Record Settings
Use the General settings tab to manage how patient IDs are gen-
erated, as well as how patient names are displayed.
