PEDAL ASSEMBLY
Attach the pedals to the cranks using an allen
wrench. Apply some grease to the threads, if
there are washers make sure to use them!
Please note that there’s a right and a left
pedal.
The non-drive side pedal has reverse thread-
ing and is therefore tightened counterclock-
wise.Tighten the pedals with a torque of 30 –
35 Nm.
Unscrew the brake lever clamps (Torx T25) and
remove the attachments of the brake and shift
cables
Swap the brake levers to have the front brake
on your right and the rear brake on your left
side.
Mount the brake levers on your handlebar with
the brake lever clamps. Make sure the clamp
and the break fit neatly into another and to
leave no gap (zero gap).
Make sure the levers are correctly aligned and
tighten them with a torque wrench
(5 – 6 Nm
for aluminum bars; 2,8 – 3,4 Nm for carbon
bars).
