DISPLAY FUNCTIONS: 

 

RESISTANCE : 

The resistance level starts from L1 to L16, press resistance up/down  to adjust the 

resistance levels.

 

 
FAN : 

Adjust Fan to 3 different settings:

 

VOLUME : 

Adjust volume of Audio Player or iPad or Smart phone.

 

STOP/PAUSE : 

Press STOP button to PAUSE MODE, press again to STOP workout.

 

UPPER BODY% :

 

Press “

” to adjust the percentage of your upper body use while workout. 

PHONE BUTTON : 

Press to answer your phone call while the FitSound is connected. 

PROGRAM / ENTER : 

Press Program/Enter to start USER ID set up. view available programs.  Use
