SECTION 6 – OPERATION
On the Main screen, the lit buttons tell you which sys-
tems are running.
On the upper left of the screen below the
LOCAL
and
REMOTE
buttons is the Absorption (ABS) Machine
Status section with a group of buttons.
•
ABS Stop:
indicates that the absorption machine
is stopping.
•
ABS Operat.:
indicates that the absorption ma-
chine is running.
•
Dilution:
indicates if the dilution process is ac-
tively running.
•
Thermo OFF:
the button lights if the chilled wa-
ter temperature falls or the hot water temperature
rises to the automatic stop temperature. It turns
off when the automatic restart condition is satis-
fied.
•
Solution Circulat. Pump:
indicates if the solu-
tion circulation pump is running or not.
•
Solution Spray Pump:
indicates if the solution
spray pump is running or not.
•
Refrig. Pump:
indicates if the refrigerant pump
is running or not.
•
Purge Pump:
indicates if the purge pump is run-
ning or not. In this example, it is not.
•
Waste Gas Input:
indicates if the waste gas input
is functioning or not.
•
Blower Fan:
indicates if the blower fan is operat-
ing.
•
Low Ref. Level:
indicates if the refrigerant level
is low.
On the right side of the screen the Related Equipment
Status section contains three buttons.
•
C / H W P Operat.:
indicates if the chilled / hot
water pump is operating or not.
•
Co W P Operat.:
indicates if the cooling water
pump is operating or not.
•
Engine Operat.:
indicates if the engine (or ex-
haust gas generation facility) is operating or not.
The Waste Gas Damper Status section contains the fol-
lowing sub-sections:
•
Water Inlet:
shows the status of the waste gas
damper installed at the waste gas inlet line.
•
Gas Out.:
shows the status of the waste gas damp-
er installed at the waste gas outlet line.
•
Damper Bypass:
shows the status of the waste
gas damper installed at the waste gas bypass line.
•
Status Air:
shows the status of the air purge
damper installed at the air purge line.
The lit buttons indicates which of the dampers are open
or closed.
Each of the sub-sections contains two buttons.
•
Fully Close:
indicates if the damper is closed.
•
Fully Open:
indicates if the damper is open.
The final section is the Waste Gas Supply Interrupting
Factor:
•
Waste Gas Forced Bypass:
the button is lit if the
waste exhaust gas input is interrupted while the
waste exhaust gas forced bypass switch is ON.
•
Low Waste Gas Out. Temp.:
the button is lit the
waste exhaust gas input is interrupted due to a low
waste exhaust gas outlet temperature.
•
Engine Startup Bypass:
the button is lit if the
waste exhaust gas input is interrupted due to the
bypass time after the engine starts.
•
Low Waste Gas In. Temp.:
the button is lit if the
waste exhaust gas input is interrupted due to a low
waste exhaust gas inlet temperature.
