4. Power on the rig by long pressing the shutter button and see if the
issue is fixed.
5. If the issue still exists, check if it a problem with the same unit
camera or with the known good camera. If yes it is the same camera,
the unit camera itself might be broken; please replace with a backup
camera and make sure the firmware in the backup camera is the same
as the rest of the cameras in the rig. (If you need update the camera
firmware please see:
2.7.2 Firmware Update
).

If the issue is with the known good camera, it means the unit camera
itself is good. Try reseating the unit camera a few more times to see if it
fixed the issue.

USB cable of the problematic unit camera (please refer to 2.7
Replacing the Cameras for the replacing USB cable or unit camera),
then power on the rig by long pressing shutter button.

6.2 Logs and Submit Feedback Via the App
Log files are saved in the controller. Log files are important because they
provide information on how the cameras operate and the system status. This
helps our developers locate and solve problems.
When the YI HALO is connected to the App, tap ‘Send feedback’ in the bottom
left corner of the system settings page; log files will be collected from the
controller and sent to YI via Email during idle time. No photos or videos will be
sent to YI.
