The following are two examples of getting the device information from status indicators:
If a LINK failure of the IP phone is detected, a prompting message “Network
Unavailable” and the icon indicate the current network LINK status.
If the power LED is off, which indicates the IP phone is powered off.

Sometimes, configuration errors may lead to your phone’s failure. You can export
configuration files to view the current configuration of the IP phone and troubleshoot as
necessary.
To export configuration files via web user interface:
1.
Click on Phone->Configuration.
2.
In the Import / Export Config field, click Export to open the file download window,
and then save the file to your local system.
This section describes solutions to some most common problems that may occur while
using the IP phone. If you encounter a problem which is not listed in this section, contact
your Yealink reseller for further support.
