Make sure that the agitator does not catch on and/or entangle items of clothing or hair. For this purpose, special care must be
taken when switching on and operating the tool.
Select the agitator speed according to the instructions of the mass manufacturer. The general recommendation is that rare masses
are mixed at a lower speed than dense masses.
Residual risks
This product has been designed and built according to good design engineering practices and safety principles. However, there
may be residual risks when using the product.
Warning of noise hazards caused by failure to use hearing protection.
Danger from entanglement of clothing or body parts in moving parts of the tool.
The residual risks can be minimised by strictly following the safety instructions of this product.
Maintenance of the agitator
It is recommended that the agitator be maintained immediately after operation. This will prevent the mixed mass residue from
drying out on the agitator or on the agitator shaft.
Before cleaning, the agitators must be removed from the mixer. Clean the agitator with a solvent suitable for the mixed substance.
After cleaning, wash o
ff
the solvent residue with water and dry the agitator thoroughly. When cleaning, use personal protective
equipment appropriate for the work with the substance. Refer to the information supplied with the substance.
MAINTENANCE AND OVERHAUL
CAUTION! Remove the battery from the machine’s socket before performing adjustment, technical service or maintenance activ-
ities. Having
fi
nished working, check the power tool for damage by visually inspecting the exterior and the body and the handle,
the functioning of the electric switch, the vents for clogging, the motor brushes for sparking, the noise level of the bearings and
the drive transmission, and how the power tool starts and runs. During the warranty period, the user is not allowed to disassemble
the tool or replace any components or parts, as this will void the warranty rights. Any irregularities found during overhaul or the
operation signal the need for repair at a service centre. For this purpose, contact the manufacturer. Having
fi
nished your work,
clean the housing, the vents, all switches, all handles and guards with compressed air (at 0.3 MPa maximum), a brush or a dry
cloth. Do not use any chemicals or cleaners. Do not use sharp tools for cleaning. Remove the circular saw and clean the inside of
the guards, the
fi
xing of the circular saw, as well as the saw itself from dust and other impurities generated during operation. Clean
handles, knobs and other adjusting parts with a dry, clean cloth.
