fl
ammable materials for cleaning and maintenance.
Caution! Clean the coating material feed system immediately after
fi
nishing spraying. A dried coating material inside the system
may irreparably damage the product.
Cleaning at the end of each work
After completing the work, carry out the pressure release procedure.
Take the hoses out from the container with the coating material, hold their ends above the surface of the coating material. Wait for
the residues of the coating material to emerge from the inside of the system.
Loosen the over
fl
ow hose (smaller diameter) from the suction hose hooks.
The outlet of the over
fl
ow hose should be inserted to an empty tank, fastened so that it does not slip out automatically.
Insert the suction hose into a container with water, thinner or cleaning liquid. The mesh
fi
lter must always be under the surface
of the thinner.
Unscrew the nozzle nut and disassemble the nozzle, nozzle cover and nut (XII).
Set the operating mode switch to the position for spraying the coating material.
Turn on the unit by moving the switch to the “on - I” position.
Insert the gun outlet to an empty container.
Unlock, press and hold the gun trigger.
Observe the gun outlet jet, when the coating material jet loses intensity, release the pressure on the trigger and set the operating
mode selection knob to the position for
fi
lling the product.
Continue spraying until clean water, thinner or cleaning liquid emerges from the gun.
Release the pressure on the trigger and lock it in the position to prevent accidental pressing.
Turn o
ff
the unit by moving the switch to the “o
ff
- O” position.
Disconnect the plug of power cord from the mains socket.
Carry out the pressure release procedure for the coating material feed system.
Disconnect the gun from the hose.
Unscrew the nut fastening the gun
fi
lter and pull out the
fi
lter (XIII).
The
fi
lter and previously dismantled nozzle, nozzle cover and fastening nut, wash in water with suds, thinner or washing liquid.
You can use a brush with soft plastic bristles or a soft sponge to wash.
After washing, dry all parts with a soft cloth or leave to dry naturally.
Install the
fi
lter, nozzle, nozzle cover and fastening nut to the gun.
Clean the external parts of the product with a soft, damp cloth and then wipe dry.

”.
The hose connecting the gun should be disconnected from the unit.
Turn the unit over, loosen the suction hose clamp and disassemble the over
fl
ow hose clamp (XIV). Disconnect both hoses from the unit.
Pour 30 grams of light machine oil or oil for pumps to each hose connection.
Place the unit in the working position.
Set the operating mode switch to the position for spraying.
Set the pressure control knob to the low operating pressure position.
Plug the hose connection between the gun and the unit with a thick, rolled up rag (XV).
Plug the power cord into the socket and start the unit with the switch for 5 seconds. Turn o
ff
the unit by moving the switch to the
“o
ff
- O” position. Disconnect the plug of power cord from the mains socket.
Set the operating mode switch to the
fi
lling position, this will keep the oil inside the pump of the unit.
Reconnect the suction and over
