s that were put inside.Provide proper ventilation at the place of installation
of the product, none vent may be covered. Provide at least 10 cm breathing-space around
the product and at least 30 cm over the product. This will allow proper product ventilation.
Do not place any objects upon the product.It is forbidden to drill any hole in the product, nor
any other product modi
fi
cation not described herein. Place of product installation should be
selected as to avoid any source of heat such as furnaces, heaters or in the vicinity of open
fl
ame. Place of installation of the product should be protected from direct sunlight. Otherwise,
the product performance may deteriorate and operating costs may increase. Humidity in the
place of installation should not exceed the relative humidity provided by the product climatic
class. An explanation of signi
fi
cance of climatic classes may be found in the further part of
this manual.
Recommendations for connecting the product to power supply
Before connecting the product to power supply, make sure that the voltage, frequency, and
capacity of mains supply correspond to values shown on the product nameplate. Plug must
fi
t into the socket. Any modi
fi
cations of plug are forbidden.Product must be connected direct-
ly to a single power outlet. It is forbidden to use extension cords, socket-outlet adapters and
double power outlets. Power supply circuit must be
fi
tted with a protective conductor and a
16 A protection circuit. Avoid any contact of power cord with sharp edges and hot objects
and surfaces. When operating the product, the power cord must always be fully unwound
and its position may not interfere with the operation of product. Laying of power cable can-
not result in tripping hazard. Power outlet should be located in such a place to allow always
the possibility of quick disconnecting the plug of power cord supplying the product. When
disconnecting the plug of power cord always pull the plug housing, never the cable. If the
power cord or plug is damaged, disconnect it immediately from the mains and contact an
authorized manufacturer’s service center for replacement. Do not use the product with a
damaged power cord or plug. Power cord or plug cannot be repaired, in case of damage to
these components, replace them with new ones without defects. In case of disconnecting
or power failure, wait at least
fi
ve minutes before re-connecting to mains.
Recommendation regarding the storage of foodstu
ff
s
Do not place sour and hot products in aluminium containers. To store this type of products
use containers made of acid-resistant steel.Maintain spacing between products stored in
refrigerators. This will allow air circulation which will improve performance of refrigerating and
reduce operating costs. Inside freezers, products should be placed as tight as possible. This
arrangement will make it easier and faster to freeze the products and then store foodstu
ff
s
at operating temperature. If product cubic capacity was speci
fi
ed by means of number and
type of GN containers this indicates that the product is intended for storing foodstu
ff
s in GN
containers. It is forbidden to directly store foodstu
ff
s in such products or placing other than
GN types of containers. It is recommended to use GN YUATO containers.
