NOTICE:
The terminals HC, H1, H2 are used for the Safe Disable function. Do not remove the wire link between HC, H1, or H2 unless
the Safe Disable function is used.
Refer to Safe Disable Input Function on page 35
NOTICE:
The wiring length to the terminals HC, H1 and H2 should not exceed 30 m.
Internal Cooling Fan
To ensure proper air circulation inside the IP54 enclosure A1000 IP54 drives have a built-in circulation fan. This fan is
monitored for proper operation by wiring to S3 digital input of the drive. If the fan does not work correctly the drive
stops operation and shows an “EF3” message on the digital operator.
When the A1000 IP54 is operated with control signals other than default (Sink Mode, internal power supply), the fan
monitor wiring has to be changed accordingly to following table.
After changing Sink/Source configuration the digital operator should not show “EF3”, otherwise fan monitoring is not
wired correctly. An “EF3” fault cannot be reset until fan monitor wiring is corrected (according to the table below).

Use jumper S5 on the control terminal board to select between voltage
