Fasten using 1 3/4" washer head screws provided. Two
screws on each joist hanger.
Fasten 47 5/8" floorboards to lower deck framing using
1 1/2" screws provided. Align ends so they are flush
with outside edge of 2x6. Use 41 5/8" pieces between
posts. One narrow piece goes in center of floor.
Repeat step 30 on upper deck, using 35 5/8" between
posts.
Identify four 2x6x44" and begin fastening as shown.
Align pre-drilled holes on 4x4 with pre-drilled holes on
2x6. Using 6 7/8" bolts, begin fastening 2x6's to tower
on 4x4. Thread acorn nut onto rod as far as you can,
then back off several turns. Be sure to place flat washer
between acorn nut and vinyl. Bolts should be flush with
outside of 2x6 before putting on the bracket.
