4.2.3 Checking the Panel Meters

Before starting, the pointer on the meter should be
in a fixed position on the left side. The pointer on the
various meters will begin moving once the engine is
started. Check the position of the pointer to make sure
there are no problems.

• Tachometer

Meter pointer moves to indicate revolution speed.

• Cooling Water Temperature Meter

Meter pointer in the white area is normal. Pointer in the
red area indicates a problem.

• Lube Oil Pressure Meter

Meter pointer in the white area is normal. Pointer in the
red area indicates a problem.
