ENGINE ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENT
Tighten the cap bolts.
NOTE:
First tighten the No. 3, 1 and 4 cap bolts in
that order, then the No. 2 cap bolts,
Camshaft Cap:
10 Nm (1.0 7.2

Install:
Cam chain sprockets
By
the following installation steps.

the mark on the flywheel
with the stationary pointer on the crank-
case

mm wrench.
turn the flywheel installing bolt.
Rotating the bolt may loosen
it, causing the
rotor to fall out.
not turn the crankshaft during the
sprocket installation.
the cam chain onto the intake

Install the sprocket with the punched mark
"REAR" facing outward and finger-tighten
the sprocket bolts.
Align the
"IN"
mark hole on the sprocket
the thread hole on the camshaft.
