If the height is 0.4 mm greater or lower than
what is specified, change the valve stop.

Measure:
• Curve limit of the reed valve

Outside specifications

ASSEMBLY

When the reed valve is fitted, apply the dis-
mantling procedure inversely.
1.

Install:
• The reed valve
• The reed valve stop.

NOTE:

Pay attention to the cut at the lower corner of
the reed and the reed stop.

Tighten:
• Safety screws of the reed valve

NOTE:

Tighten each screw gradually to prevent defor-
mations

Height of the valve stop:

6.28 mm

Curve limit of the reed valve:

0.4 ± 0.3 mm
