Before installing and tightening the crank-
case securing screws, do not forget to
check if the shift works properly by
manually turning the selector cam in both
directions

• Crankcase securing screws (following a

crisscross pattern)

Apply:
• 2 stroke engine oil to the crankshaft pin,

bearing and oil feed bore.

6.

Check:
• Operation of the crankshaft and shift.
