Carburetor coolant shut-off lever

The carburetor coolant shut-off lever controls the flow of
coolant through the carburetor.
Make sure that the lever is in the “ON” position to allow
the coolant to flow and warm the carburetor while the
ambient temperature is below 0 °C (32 °F).
