Problems with Bluetooth
Cannot connect with a Bluetooth device
(
The wireless antenna of this product is not up.
Stand the wireless antenna upright.

The Bluetooth function of this product is disabled.
Enable the Bluetooth function with “Bluetooth” on the Setup menu. For more details, refer to the
following.

The Bluetooth function of the Bluetooth device is OFF.
Turn ON the Bluetooth function of the Bluetooth device.

This product is connected to a different Bluetooth device.
Terminate the current Bluetooth connection and connect to the desired Bluetooth device. For more
details, refer to the following.

This product and the Bluetooth device are too far apart.
Move this product and the Bluetooth device closer together.
(
Interference from device(s) (microwave oven, wireless LAN, etc.) using the 2.4 GHz frequency
band is impeding wireless communications.
Move this product and/or the Bluetooth device away from those devices. Also, if your wireless LAN router
supports the 5 GHz frequency band, switch the connection to the 5 GHz band.

The Bluetooth device you are using does not support the A2DP and/or AVRCP profiles.
Use a Bluetooth device that supports the A2DP and/or AVRCP profiles.

The connection information registered to the Bluetooth device is not functioning properly for
some reason.
Delete the connection information of the Bluetooth device and then reconnect this product to the
Bluetooth device. For more details, refer to the following.

When connected via Bluetooth®, there is no sound, or the sound is intermittently
discrupted
(
The volume of the Bluetooth device is too low.
Turn up the volume of the Bluetooth device.

The output-switching of the Bluetooth device is not set to this product.
Set the output-switching of the Bluetooth device to this product.

The Bluetooth connection was cut off.
Reconnect the Bluetooth. For more details, refer to the following.

(
They are too far apart.
Move the Bluetooth device closer to this product.
