ASSEMBLING THE CARBURETOR
NOTE:
_
Before assembling the carburetor, make sure
to turn out the pilot air screw the same number
of times, as noted before disassembly, from
the seated position to the set position.
CAUTION:
_
• Before reassembling, wash all of the
parts in a clean petroleum based solvent.
• Always use a new gasket.
INSTALLING THE CARBURETOR
1. Install:
• jet needle set
• piston valve
• spring
• throttle cable
NOTE:
Align the slit
1
of the throttle valve with the tab

of the carburetor body.
