LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE
In the event of failure of the Product caused by defects in materials or workmanship during the term of this
Limited Warranty, the Warrantor will cover the cost of replacement of any applicable covered parts as follows:
Recreational Vehicle Usage
Up to the two (2) year anniversary of the Product purchase date:
•
Cost of labor and parts needed to restore the Product to functional condition.
•
Cost of labor and parts needed to repair associated items that were damaged due by the
failure of a covered part or assembly.
Between the two (2) year and three (3) year anniversary of the Product purchase date:
•
Cost of labor and parts needed to restore major components* essential to standard function
and operation.

Cost of labor and parts needed to repair associated items that were damaged due by the failure
of a major part or assembly

*Major components and assemblies are defined as follows: rotor, main stator, manifolds, lifters, piston, rings
cylinder heads, engine or crankshaft housing, valves or shafts, generator controller, inverter, electrical
transfer switch and display panel

Non-Recreational Vehicle Usage
Up to the one (1) year anniversary of the Product purchase date:
•
Cost of labor and parts needed to restore the Product to functional condition.
•
Cost of labor and parts needed to repair associated items that were damaged due by the
failure of a covered part or assembly.
The Warrantor shall have ownership over any parts or components that are replaced under the terms of the
Limited Warranty.
LIMITED WARRANTY TERM
The term of this Limited Warranty refers to the length of time that this Limited Warranty shall be in effect. The
term begins upon the date the first retail purchaser purchases the Product. The term of the Limited Warranty
ends on the three (3) year anniversary of the Product purchase date, or when two thousand (2,000) hours have
elapsed, whichever occurs first.
