Install the grommet so that it

contact with the gray tube.

Route the oil level switch lead

as shown.

Make sure that the high ten-

sion cord is not pinched when
installing the flywheel cover.

Place the lead on the TCI unit

side to secure.

Secure the lead with the cover

installed.

Route the TCI unit lead

through the hole in the crank-
case.

Adjust the TCI unit air gap

between to 0.4–0.6 mm
(0.0157–0.0236 in) on both
sides.

Install the lead so that there is

no slack or pinching.

Install the spark plug cap in

the direction shown.

Screw in the high tension cord

until it touches the spark plug
cap.
