INSTALLING THE ECONOMY CONTROL
SOLENOID

1. Install:

Economy control solenoid

Economy control solenoid bolts

TIP

Temporary tighten the economy control sole-
noid bolts.

2. Adjust:

Economy control solenoid

Adjustment steps:

a. Turn the governor arm

counterclock-

wise until it stops.

b. Pull the plunger

in direction of the

arrow to the position shown in the illus-
tration.

c. Keep the position on step (a) and step

(b), tighten the economy control sole-
noid bolts

7 Nm (0.7 m · kgf, 5.1 ft · lbf)
