Hammer shank stopper
Normally the shank stopper position is set correctly in the factory. The height
adjustment and lateral adjustment can be done as following drawings.

Recording test: Use an empty formatted floppy disk or formatted internal flash memory.
Record : REC (Stand by) button --> Play (Rec.mode) button --> Play through all 1-88keys
--> Depress loud (right) pedal and soft (lent) pedal --> Stop button
Playback: Playback button --> check all recorded test data
Delete song: FUNC. --> cursor button (->) to select 'SongDelete' --> ENTER
--> cursor button (->) to select the recorded test data --> ENTER
--> OK, Complete the post-delivery inspection.
--> If any playback noise: Exchange the noisy planger with others in the unit.
STEP 8
Motor drive (MD) unit for the silent function is located on the right action bracket.
