TEST MODE (Sensor test)
By using test mode, key sensor test/adjustment and hammer sensor test/adjustment can be done.
This is normally used after replacing hammer/key sensor. The keys that sound unusually or
nothing in the STEP 3 need to be checked by this mode as well.
TEST MODE --> SENSOR SHEET --> KEY SENSOR DEPTH TEST
Check when a key is depressed 4.5mm, the beep sounds intermittently.
The key sensor has 4 height adjustment screws on base end, 30key, 58key and
treble end. Perform
KEYBOARD MEASUREMENT
maintenance mode 05
in the STEP 4 if
the sensor position is moved.

DEPTH TEST
Depress and lock the center pedal to enter
the silent mode first.
Two beeps (M1,M2) sound when hammer head is
pushed toward back. The distance between
hammer shank stopper rubber and hammer shank
will be standard measurement. (fig.14)
M1(the first beep): 8.5mm (+1.5, -0mm)
M2(the second beep): 0.5mm (+1.5, -0mm)
