Log Displays
When you select a specific workout session, day, week or month above,
the exercise log displays will be called up. The contents of the displays
differ depending on the category/time frame. Use the
▲
/
▼
(Up/Down)
buttons to scroll through the display pages.

Exercise log displays 3 and 4 are not available here.

Since the distance, pace, calories or heart rate values in the logs are estimated based on the User
Settings, they may differ from the actual values.
Deleting Exercise Logs

From the Data menu, select the desired category: Workouts, Days,
Weeks or Months.
When selecting Workouts, you can delete individual exercise session logs.
When selecting Days, Weeks or Months, you can delete all logs of a specific
day, a week or a month at once.

From the Workouts display, select the desired session. From the
other displays, select the desired time frame (day, week, month).

Select “Delete.”
The display prompts you for confirmation.

Select “Yes” to delete the selected log, or select “No” to cancel.
