button to stop the
scanner.

Weather Channels
manually by rotating

To confirm the cur-
rent Weather Chan-
nel frequency, press
the [

)] key
momentarily. The
display changes to
frequency indication
.
Press the [
(
)] key again to return to nor-
mal display.

To exit the Weather
Channel mode, press
the
CHANNEL
se-
lector knob momen-
tarily to return to the
VFO mode.
Note
: The Weather Channel mode memorizes the last
Weather Channel you have used, and will retain this
information until the radio is turned off.
