Using the countdown timer
1. In the Timer/Clock function screen, press the SUB
DIAL knob.
2. Rotate the SUB DIAL knob to select [ MODE ] then
press the SUB DIAL knob several times to display
the count down timer screen.

Set the timer
1. Rotate the SUB DIAL knob to select [ SETUP ] then
press the SUB DIAL knob.
The countdown timer setting screen will be displayed.
The factory default is 15 minutes.
2. Rotate the SUB DIAL knob to select [-] or [+] then
press the SUB DIAL knob to set the hour.
The hour can be set between 00 and 99.
3. Rotate the SUB DIAL knob to select [ SETUP ] then
press the SUB DIAL knob.
4. Rotate the SUB DIAL knob to select [-] or [+] then
press the SUB DIAL knob to set the minute.
The minute can be set between 00 and 59.
5. Rotate the SUB DIAL knob to select [ SETUP ] then
press the SUB DIAL knob.

Start the timer
1. Rotate the SUB DIAL knob to select [ START ] then press the SUB DIAL knob.
• The countdown timer will start.
• When the set time has elapsed, a beep will sound.

Stop the timer
1. Rotate the SUB DIAL knob to select [ STOP ] then press the SUB DIAL knob.
• To restart, rotate the SUB DIAL knob to select [ START ] then press the SUB DIAL
knob.
• To reset the timer to the set value, turn the SUB DIAL knob to select [ RESET ] then
press the SUB DIAL knob.
