How much lotion or
gel should I use for
each treatment?
This device is designed to achieve better effects
with sufficient use of lotions and/or gel.
Apply lotion or gel on cotton so that the whole
surface of the electrode head is wet.
Add more lotion or gel when you feel it is not
enough.
Why does my skin
blush after use?
This is due to using RF for deep heating.
If it bothers you, use the Cool Mode or apply blue
ice to cool down your skin.
Can I use this device
in the bathroom?
This product is not waterproof.
Do not use the device in the bathroom.
Why do I feel a
tingly sensation on
my face and hands?
This is electrical stimulation from Ion Cleansing,
Ion Moisture or EMS and is normal.
You can adjust to a comfortable intensity level
using the Level/Vibration button.
Always select Level 1 upon the first use until you
become accustomed to use.
Why do I not feel
warmth when using
Clean/Moisture/EMS
Up/RF LED Mode?
Move the electrode head more slowly or press
harder against the skin surface.
Moisture may be insufficient, so please add skin
lotion or gel.
RF repeats turning on and off during treatment.
When the symbol appears, RF is on.
Why can’t I see any
dirt on the cotton?
Dirt is removed even though it may not be visible
on the cotton.The amount of visible dirt on the
cotton can vary between individuals.
The probe head does
not warm up when I
use RF Mode.
RF is designed to electrically warm the skin
tissue, not the probe head itself.
Ion/EMS Mode is too weak
(you don’t feel anything)
Cool Mode is not very cool
Device is being used in a
temperature environment exceeding
the recommended range.

It becomes difficult to feel the warmth when skin lotion is
insufficient, when the electrode head has only been
pressed against the skin for a short time, or when the
cotton is thick.
Press the Level/ Vibration
button for approx. 3 seconds.
