Wait until flashing reaches 100%.

Echo

If the serial interface is provided by MJK Automation, K-114 RS485, pHix Link
will enable Echo off. Otherwise you need to make sure that there is not echo on
the serial interface.

Disconnect the USB cable, wait at least 10 seconds and connect the cable
again.
