6.5 Configuration
The configuration settings for the control module and the pump module are restored from the
control module.
6.5.1 Configuration with a configuration file
Contact the local sales and service representative to get the configuration file.
1. Save the configuration file to a USB drive.
2. Turn off the power to the control module.
3. Insert the USB drive in the control module.
4. If the control module is installed in a control box, then close the control box.
The control box must be closed when the power is on.
5. Turn on the power to the control module.
6. Go to Settings > Advanced > Back up/restore.

2. Confirm.
Restore the configuration settings for the pump
module.
1. Go to Pump data plate > Restore from USB.
2. Confirm.
7. Turn off the power.
8. Remove the USB drive.
6.5.2 Manual configuration
The values for the parameters must be set according to the configuration of the control
module or the control box. The system can malfunction if the values are incorrect.
The system must be in Off mode during the configuration.
1. Go to Settings > Advanced > Configuration > Controller data plate
2. Enter the values for the following:
– Rated voltage, minimum
– Rated voltage, maximum
– Rated current, minimum
– Rated current, maximum
– Current transformer ratio
– Controller float switch
6.6 Software update
The software for the control module and the pump module is updated through the control
module. Contact the local sales and service representative to get the installation files.
1. Save the installation files to a USB drive.
2. Turn off the power to the control module.
3. Insert the USB drive in the control module.
4. If the control module is installed in a control box, then close the control box.
The control box must be closed when the power is on.
5. Select one of the following actions:
