8 Maintenance

8.1 Update the internal software

1. Contact the local esales and service representative to get the latest upgrade file.
2. Make sure that there is a connection between the computer and the base unit.
3. Close all the web browser windows that show the webpages.
4. Double-click the upgrade file.

5. Follow the upgrade instructions:

a) Make sure that the base unit is connected and online.
b) Close all the web browsers that access the base unit.
c) Enter the IP Adress.

The default is 10.0.48.94.

d) Enter the password for config.

The default is ef56.

e) Click Start Upgrade.

During the upgrade progress, the message field displays message on the right. Each
upgrade step and the message field turn green in color on completion. The entire
process takes approximately 15 to 30 minutes.
