DANGER
• Rotating blades present the most serious mechanical hazard.
NEVER approach a WINDFORCE™ in motion.
• Wait until a calm day to install or perform maintenance on the
WINDFORCE™ with activation of MPPT brake or mechanical stop
switch.
• LETHAL VOLTAGES. Do not touch AC or DC terminals or connectors
under any circumstance to avoid electric shock.
• Do not handle damaged cables or use damaged equipment.
•
This product has no user-serviceable components. Do not
disassemble or attempt to repair the equipment.
• Turning off and/or disconnecting the equipment in this product
does not reduce the electrical hazard. Failure following these
instructions may result in serious injury or death.
• Never short-circuit the terminals of the batteries, the MPPT charge
controller and the wind turbine.
• Never use abrasive or corrosive products to clean this product.
• The use of cables with incorrect size and lengths can cause
irreversible damage to the equipment and even fire.
• Risk of falling when working at height. Use adequate fall protection
and comply with safety protocols.
• Check system periodically to reduce risk of damage of any kind.
• Connecting the equipment to the batteries can generate a spark.
Install in a place without risk of fire.
• Never charge frozen batteries.
• Be careful when working with metal tools on or near batteries. It
may cause a short-circuit.
• Carry out connections with extreme caution, respect polarities and
check that connections are firm and tight.
• Consult battery information to ascertain that it is compatible with
the unit. Always comply with the battery safe instructions.

IMPORTANT WARNING AND PRODUCT WARRANTY
❶
MECHANICAL
HAZARD
Rotating blades present the
most serious mechanical
hazard.The nearly invisible
rotating blades can cause
serious injuries. Under no
circumstances should you
install the turbine where a
person could come in contact
with moving rotor blades.
❷
ELECTRICAL HAZARD
The wind generator is equipped
with advanced electronics
designed to provide protection
from electrical dangers. Please
note that the inherent personal
dangers from electrical current
still exists. Please follows the
wire guide in this manual and
properly size fuse or circuit
breaker in all lines and when
connecting to the battery.
Before connect other battery
chargers to the same
battery bank with this wind
battery charger, please
check compatibility with
manufacturer.
❸
SURVIVAL WIND
SPEED
The mechanical stop switch
must be turned on when the
wind speed upwards 48 km/h
(13.3 m/s 30mph). The wind
turbine is designed to survive
below 120 km/h (33.3 m/s 74.5
mph) while the mechanical stop
switch is turned on. Exceeding
this wind speed will result
in wind turbine failure and
collapse.
❹
BATTERY
During smooth and steady
wind speed, this wind battery
charger has a high output.
Please follows and respect
the minimum battery size
and battery type guide in
this manual before battery
connection to the wind
generator. Use of improper
battery technology and capacity
will result in wind turbine failure
and collapse.
