During installation, unplug Green Motion Building. Read and understand the safety instructions and warnings prior to installation.

•

Floor-mounted column (optional),

•

Cable holder (optional).

•

Ethernet Connection Kit

Mounting the Green Motion Building on the wall

•

Use a spirit level to place the drilling template on the wall.

Make sure the top of the template is 1500 mm above ground level for

optimal accessibility.

•

Mark the holes with a pencil and remove the installation template.

•

Drill four holes in the wall corresponding to the mounting slots of the

Green Motion Building, as shown in Figure 1.

•

Place four gaskets around the four slots on the outside of the unit, as

shown in Figure 2.

•

Mount the unit on the wall using 4x dia. 6 mm screws.

•

The appropriate type of plastic plugs and screws must be selected by

a professional installer, based on the following considerations:

the installation location,

the type of wall.

Mounting the Green Motion Building on the

column (optional)

•

Instructions

•

The Green Motion Building is intended for indoor or

outdoor installation.

•

The optimal operating temperature range for the unit is

-25 °C to +45 °C.

•

The unit must be transported and stored in indoor locations at

a temperature between -25 °C and +45 °C.

•

The unit must be used and stored in locations with a relative

humidity below 95 %.

•

The unit must be used below a maximum altitude of 2000 m

above sea level.

•

The unit must be used in locations that are free from acids,

gases and other corrosive substances.

•

For wall-mounted units, the surface of the wall must be able to

Limiting maximum capacity

•

You can limit the output power of the Green Motion Building through

the switch DP1 located on the rear of the front cover.

•

Refer to Table 1 to select the appropriate configuration of the unit

depending on the maximum capacity of your electrical installation.

Switching on the unit

•

For wall-mounted Green Motion Home units: Check that the unit is

correctly fixed to the wall in accordance with local regulations.

•

For column-mounted units: Check that the unit and the column are

correctly installed in accordance with local regulations.

•

Check that the AC GRID connections have been made correctly in

accordance with local regulations.

•

Perform continuity checks on the connections of the protective

conductor, insulation resistance, RCD triggering current, triggering

time etc., in accordance with local regulations.

•

Verify that the housing cover is closed and secured with the

fixing screws.

•

If the checks listed above were successful, proceed as follows:

Switch on the AC GRID circuit breakers.

Wait for the LED light to turn on.

Configuring and commissioning the charger

•

Refer to the installation manual for instructions on configuration and

commissioning steps.

•

To remove the plug from the charger, pull the plug vertically then

horizontally as indicated in Figure 6.

Standard wiring

•

Each EV charger must be connected via a separate RCD

(Residual Current Device/fault-current circuit breaker) if

required by local regulations. No other consumers may be

connected to this circuit (Figure 3).

•

Refer to the installation manual and local standards for further

details on requirements in terms of circuit breakers and

minimal cross-sections of conductors.

terminals located at the bottom-right of the unit's electronic

board (Figure 5).

•

If using a three-phase power supply, connect the phases (L1,

L2, L3), neutral (N) and earth (PE) wires of the AC (distribution)

grid to the power supply terminal block, ensuring correct

assignment (Figure 5).

•

If using a single-phase power supply, connect the phase (L1),

neutral (N) and earth (PE) wires of the AC (distribution) grid to

the power supply terminal block, ensuring correct assignment

(Figure 5).

•

It is prohibited to connect the unit to a grid circuit with

a three-phase IT grid configuration
