Go to Standby
The Go to Standby sets the detector to Standby
mode. See Section 7.1 on page 81 for a description
of Standby mode.
End Standby
The End Standby command is available when the
detector is in Standby mode. The End Standby
command causes the detector to exit Standby
mode.
Reset
The Reset command unlatches all latched alarms
and faults, and returns relays to their normal state.
Clears the Xtralis VSC active event list.
Start Normalize Air Flow Starts the air flow normalization process for the
selected detector.
The normalization process determines the reference
flow rate.
The detector can be in normal or disabled mode, but
not standby mode.
The aspirator remains on throughout the
normalization process and no fault is reported unless
the process fails to successfully complete.
The normalizing status may be observed on the
"detailed status" tab in the Xtralis VSC software.
To normalize the detector using the internal
AutoConfig button, press and hold the button until
the AutoConfig LED illuminates, then release the
button. To cancel the normalization process, press
and hold the button for 5 seconds. The LED will turn
off.
