2014, the firm XTline s.r.o. provides a 24-month warranty (12-month warranty
for legal entities) for your purchased products. Complaints will be evaluated
by our Complaints Department (see below) and accepted complaints will be
serviced free of charge by Xtline s.r.o. Service Department.
A place to apply the complaint shall be the supplier of the product. All
complaints, including defect removal, shall be carried out without
unnecessary delay, 30 days since complaint application at the latest, unless
the supplier and customer agree on a longer period. The customer may apply
the complaint either personally or via a shipping company at their own
expense, safely packaged. The delivery shall contain the claimed product,
detailed description of the defect and contact details (address, telephone
number).
The defects which can be removed will be repaired in the statutory period of
30 days (may be extended after further agreement). The product will be
replaced with a new one when a hidden material defect is further exposed by
the 6-month period since the purchase date and which can not be removed
(excluding defects caused by inappropriate use or wearing). For irremovable
defects and for those which can be removed by the customer, an appropriate
discount may be applied to the purchase price.
The claim expires if the product:

was not operated or serviced as stated in manual

was used under inappropriate conditions or for inappropriate purposes,
or by using substandard lubricants etc.

was damaged by external mechanical, thermal or chemical processes

was poorly stored or manipulated with
-
was used over its designated stress level
Warranty does not apply for accessories!
