Assembly Instructions
STEP 1: INCLINE RAIL AND CONSOLE MAST ASSEMBLY
1. Slide the Incline Rail Assembly (2) into the U channel of the Main Frame (1).
Be very
careful not to damage the wires that exit each part.
2. Connect the Incline Rail Assembly (2) horizontally to the U channel of the Main Frame (1)
with two 3/8”×1-1/2” Hex Head Bolts (112), two 3/8”×19×1.5T Flat Washers (149), and
two 3/8” ×7T Nyloc Nuts (139). Secure it vertically with four 5/16” ×2-1/4” Hex Head Bolts
(110), four 5/16”x1.5T Split Washers (154), four 5/16” ×23×1.5T Flat Washers (146), and
four Ø 5/16” Star Washers (156) . Tighten using the 13/14 mm (160) and 12 mm (163)
Wrench.
3. Connect the Incline Motor wires (45 & 46) to the wiring harness that exits the Incline Rail
Assembly (2), by matching the colors red, white and black. Push the excess cable
inside the U channel. Guide the twist tie that is attached to the Computer Cables (47 & 59)
through the bottom of the Console Mast (12) until it exits the top of the steel tube. Secure
the Console Mast (12) by loosely threading two 3/8”x3/4” Hex Head Bolts (111) from the
front and two 3/8” ×23×2.5T Curved Washers (156) first. Then secure the mast from the
side by loosely threading a 3/8” ×2-1/4” Hex Head Bolt (113) and a 3/8” × 2T Split Washer
(155);
NOTE: there is one bolt already installed in the receiving bracket that will
engage with the slot at the bottom of the Console Mast. Tighten the two bolts
from the left side last.
4.
Tighten the two front bolts first, then the side bolts with the 13/14 mm Wrench (160).
5. Untie the twist tie, which ties the Computer Cables (47 & 59) together. Plug the Computer
cable (59 - wide white end) & the two Hand pulse cables (53) into the bottom of the
Console (42). Connect the white end, Resistance cable (47) into the white port, labeled
“Load” on the back of the console. Secure the Console (42) onto the mounting plate with
four M5×10mm Phillips Head Screws (123). Tighten them with the Phillips Head Screw
Driver (162).
