splash proof, but it cannot be used in rainy days and water.
Q3: Can the CT420S handle all heavy loads?
A3: The CT420S has a rated load of 420KG. If the cargo exceeds
420KG, it will cause damage to the CT420S. In addition, the center of
gravity of the cargo (not more than 420KG) must be located in the
loading board. When the center of gravity for the cargo is
approaching the the edge of loading board, the loading ability will be
reduced accordingly; when the center of gravity of the cargo exceeds
the load board, the CT420 S cannot be used to transport the cargo.
Q4: How long is the CT420S lifespan?
A4: The CT420S has a design life span of 3 years or 50,000 steps, and
the warranty is 1 year or 20,000 steps (except for crawler tracks,
loading board, casters and other vulnerable parts).
Q5: How long does the CT420S last when the battery is fully charged?
A5: The CT420S has a range of 1400-1600 steps (about 70-100 floors
up and down stairs) after each full charge.
