Safety key function:
The safety key is composed by touch switch ,clip and nylon cord for emergency
stop function .
In any state, pull-out safety locks, window displays:”E7” and sound buzzer
“DI-DI-DI”every second for 15 times.If the motor is running ,it will be stopped
immediately and no operation with any keyboard.
Then put well the safety lock, all show that the full light for 2 seconds, then go to
manual start mode (the equivalent of clearing reset).
Put the safety key on ,the window will all be lit for 3 seconds and show the version
number 2 seconds ,then enter into the working mode as default .All data is cleared .If
you set some certain value ,it will enter into manual mode .
HRC Function
When running with power on , hold two hands onto the left and right steel disc.

Pulse” Window will show your heart rate value . To get an exact value , you can
stand on the treadmill and it’s better when it stops ,holding no more than 30
seconds. Initial value is the actual heart rate value ranging 50—200
/miniute .Only for reference , not for medical use.
Self-defined Setting Program
U1-U2-U3 ,user can set his own suitable mode.
I Press “Program”key to enter U1-U3 self-defined program .Press “Speed ”or
“Incline” to adjust exercise time range (Setting Range : 5:00-99:00 .) .Then press
“Start” key to begin your exercise .
When in User Mode, press “Mode” key to set the speed or incline .
II Press “Mode”key to enter self-defined setting of speed and incline with 10
segment each setting . Press Speed “+” or Speed “-”Key to set speed and Press
Inline “+” or Incline“-”Key to set incline .Press “Mode”key to finish last
