KEY : You can adjust the incline by press these keys
with step 1 one time . If keep pressing over 0.5 seconds ,then it will automatically
increase or decrease.
1.8: “QUICK INCLINE KEY: Press this key to have the incline value as the key
number .
1.9: “Music Player Key ”Includes pause ,song back or next and USB play .
2.0: “Fan key”: turn on or off the fan .
Metric and Imperial System Change
Pull out the safety key and press “Program” and “Mode”Key at the same time, the
screen display 0.6 at speed window to show change from Metric system to
Imperial system.
Pull out the safety key and press“Program” and “Mode” Key at the same time, the
screen display 1.0 at speed window to show change from Imperial system to
Metric system.
Program/Start Instruction

Programs include following items
1,one manual program P0:Normal one , time countdown , distance countdown ,calories
countdown
2, 36 setting programs : P01,P02,P03, ……,P36.
3, 3 self-defined programs

Start Instruction
1, Put the safety key well .When the console shows completely for 3 seconds ,and version
number for 2 seconds then enter into manual program.
