Function Key Instruction
1.1: “PROG”: when the treadmill is stopped, press “program ”key ,cycle select
from the manual program to “P1-P36

prefer. When it stays at pause ,retreat from pause condition .
1.2: “MODE” : mode select key. Under manual PO normal mode ,press this key to
cycle select the Time countdown

Normal mode. You can select the FAT item when in FAT mode.
1.3: “START/PAUSE” key: When the treadmill is stopped, press the START key to
turn on the treadmill at lowest speed. Press “pause” key when running, it will be
paused. Press “start” key when at pause, it will start again .
1.4: “STOP” key, when the treadmill is running, stop the treadmill slowly by
pressing the STOP key ,meanwhile all data is cleared . When at pause ,press this
key to regain and all data is cleared .When running ,press this key two times ,the
treadmill will stop immediately and all data cleared .
1.5: “Speed+” and

KEY : increase or decrease the speed when
running. The step is 0.1 one time .If keep pressing over 0.5 seconds ,then it will
automatically increase or decrease.
1.6: “QUICK SPEED” key: when the treadmill is running,press this key to have
