1) Place Sit up bar (L) on spine
bolts with the rounded side up.
2) Place washers (D) and nuts (E)
on all 4 spine bolts.

ATTACH THE SIT-UP BAR
Parts Needed:
Sit Up Bar (L), M10 Nylock Nut (4) (E), M10 Flat Washers (4) (D)
Tools Needed:
Open End Wrench (G)
ASSEMBLY
TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS AND FASTENERS.
3) Loosen knobs to adjust to
appropriate height. Tighten knobs
fully before use.
