4) Place the Main Spine (K) onto
the front spine bolts.
5) Slide the Spine Support Bolt (A) into place.
Put the other washer (B) on the bolt and
attach the M12 Nylock Nut (C).
SPINE SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
1) Remove 3M Tape from Rubber
Gasket (H) and place on the rear
spine bolts. 2) Place Spine support (I) on the
Rubber Gasket.
Parts Needed: Spine Support (I), Rubber Gasket (H), Base (J), M10 Nylock Nuts (4) (E), M10 Flat Washers (D)(4)
Tools Needed: Open Ended Wrench (G)
ASSEMBLY
MAIN SPINE ASSEMBLY
Parts Needed: Main Spine (K), Rubber Gasket(H), M12 160mm Bolt (A), M12 Flat washers (2) (B) , M12 Nylock Nut (C)
Tools Needed: Open Ended Wrench (G), Allen Wrench (F)
1) Remove 3M Tape from Rubber
Gasket (H) and place on the front
spine bolts.
2) Prepare the Spine Support Bolt
(A) by placing one washer (B) on
the bolt. Set the Spine Support and
M12 Nylock Nut (C) aside.
3) *Two people required for the
next step*.
3) Screw the 4 Fasteners (M10
Nylock Nuts (E) & M10 Washers(D))
into place. Be sure not to tighten
fasteners all the way.
