Loading Envelopes
Load envelopes with the address side
facing up. The end of the envelope where
the stamp will later be placed must enter
the Automatic Paper Feeder last.
The right edge of the envelope must align
with the right edge of Automatic Paper
Feeder. Squeeze the Paper Guide and
move it to the right until it lightly touches
the envelope.
Using the Automatic Document
Feeder
Use the Automatic Document Feeder
(ADF) to feed up to 30 documents (face
up) into the XK50cx at any one time.
Adjust the document guide on the ADF to
match the width of the document.
Insert the media until DOCUMENT
READY appears in the display.
Press Start
The media will then feed into the
machine.
Note: Do not feed stamped envelopes.
Note: Never use envelopes with clasps,
snaps, windows, coated linings, or
self-adhesive seals. These envelopes may
severely damage the printer.
