You can use this menu to configure general settings of the printer, such as Power Saver timers, clock
settings, and alert settings.
Accessing the System Settings Menu
1.
On the printer control panel, press the
System
button.
2.
Use the Up and Down arrows to navigate to Admin Menu, then press
OK
.
3.
Navigate to
System Settings
, then press
OK
.
Setting the Power Saver Mode Timers
1.
In the System Settings menu, navigate to
Power Saver Timer
, then press
OK
.
2.
Select the Power Saver Mode you want to change, then press
OK
.
3.
To select the desired time, press the arrow buttons, or enter a value using the numeric keypad.

Power Saver Mode 1 (Low Power)
: Set the timer from 1–60 minutes.
−
Power Saver Mode 2 (Sleep)
: Set the timer from 1–60 minutes.

Press
OK

Setting the Auto Reset Timer
You can specify the time the printer waits for further input before it returns to standby mode.
To set the Auto Reset timer:
1.
In the System Settings menu, navigate to
Auto Reset
, then press
OK
.
2.
To select a setting, press the arrow buttons, select it, then press
OK
.
