Customer Support
The support page in the Embedded Web Server displays contact information for customer service.
To add your own custom information:
1. In the Embedded Web Server, click
Home
.
2. In the Quick Links area, click
Support
.
3. In the Support Information area, for Customer Support, click
Edit
.
4. Update the fields with your information, then click
OK
.

If your network uses a proxy server, configure the Proxy Server settings of the printer to
ensure that the printer can connect to the Internet.
To enable Xerox Online Support:
1. In the Embedded Web Server, click
