Job Accounting – Setup and Administration
Setting the job accounting mode (continued)
Job Accounting can be separately enforced for jobs that arrive from the
scanner and jobs that arrive from other sources. To enforce Job Accounting
for jobs arriving from the Scanner, enable Job Accounting from the
DDS
User Interface. To enforce Job Accounting for jobs arriving from other
sources, enable Job Accounting from the
Printer Control Panel.
For jobs arriving from the Scanner
To set the job accounting mode for jobs that arrive from the Scanner:
1. Press
the
Menu key on the DDS User Interface.
2. Press
the
Next key until SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION is selected. Press
the Enter key to confirm the choice.
3. Enter the system administration password, and press the Enter key.
4. Press
the
Next key until JOB ACCOUNTING is selected. Press the
Enter key to confirm the choice.
5. Press
the
Next key until ACCOUNTING MODE is selected. Press the
Enter key to confirm the choice.
6. Press
the
Next
key to select the desired job accounting mode. Press
the Enter key to confirm the choice.
