General Care and Troubleshooting

Xerox Phaser 4600/4620

Close the High Capacity Feeder door.

Top Cover Areas

There is a jam at the exit or at the rear cover. The control panel will specify a fault has occurred. When
the

Error

screen is displayed, press

for further information. If the

Error

screen is not visible, press the

Back

button to access the

Error

screen.

Open the top cover and remove the Toner Cartridge.

Remove the Drum Cartridge.

Lift baffle by green handle and gently pull the jammed paper
out of the rollers.

If you cannot move the jammed paper, pull Tray 2
completely out of the printer.

Replace the tray.

Insert the Drum Cartridge and the Toner Cartridge and close
the top cover.
