OCT Jam
Follow the procedure below to clear a paper jam from the
Offset Catch Tray (OCT) when the Control Panel displays
the message:
Offset Jam-
Open Rear Cover
1
Open the printer’s rear cover (1).
2
Open the OCT’s rear cover (2).
3
Remove the jammed paper.
4
Close the OCT’s rear cover.
5
Close the printer’s rear cover.
