Clearing Paper Jams

DocuPrint N17/N17b User Guide

MBF Jam

Follow the procedure below to clear a paper jam from the 
Multi-bypass Feeder (MBF) when the Control Panel 
displays the message:

MBF Jam-

Remove All Paper

1

Remove all paper from the MBF (1).

2

Remove the Envelope Feeder if installed.

3

Open the front cover (2).

4

Remove the jammed sheet of paper.

5

Close the front cover.

6

Reload the MBF.

7

Replace the Envelope Feeder if necessary.
